New gun day Shadow 2 SA

New gun day. CZ Shadow 2 SAO. It is a heavy gun but such a soft shooter. Trigger is perfect. 2 lbs 10 oz with no creep, just a bit of take up and clean break. Reset is very short and audible. The only negative I can think of is the narrow front sight. ( I tend to wander a bit). But I think with more trigger time I will be fine. Being right handed lets me rest my thumb on the safety shelf and feels very natural. 3 17 round mags and extended mag release. I can't quite release it without altering my grip but I don't have big mitts either. Speaking of the grips they feel great and have a slight palm swell. The front and back strap are checkered for a nice purchase on the gun. I want to shoot it some more. LOL! Upper left target was my last and I had a good group going until I pulled the last two shots off target. Still not bad for a new gun. Distance was tenish yards free hand.

They were discontinued in 2023 I believe. This one was left over new one at a shop I frequent in NC.

I have one of these and really enjoy it. It's one of the few CZs that I have not done anything to but shoot it.
