« on: November 30, 2007, 08:15:27 PM »
Hey Gentlemen, I'm looking for input on georgia arms ammo, both 9mm and .40. Here's the deal, I've order'd a 100 round pack of 124gr +P gold dots and a 100 round pack of 155gr gold dots also marked +P! The price is quite reasonable, but I'm a little worried as there is no such thing as +P .40S&W!!! Please don't be shy with your reply's as I'm just more than a little curious about this outfit.....Thanks guy's........

Check Midway, or Natchezss. If it's made, they will have it for you to compare it to.

Hey Kevin, thanks. What I'm most interested in is have their been any kabooms associated with there stuff. I should have looked a little closer when ordering, perhaps it's just a marketing gimmick of there's but I know there is no sammi spec for +P.40. Anyone else curious should google Georgia Arm's and check it out.

Georgia Arms makes some of the best ammo avaiable. Period. Have no concerns about quality.

I've bought thousands of rounds from them, over the years, and will do it again. (They ship in bulk, using waterproof surplus ammo cans, which can be handy, later.) They'll also buy back empty brass -- but the economics, given shipping costs, may not be advantageous for you.

As for the 40 +P: you might ask them about it -- they have an email contact address, I think.

Thanks for your input Walt, it's good to hear you've had good results. Regarding quantity, even at only 200 rounds the price was pretty bleep reasonable!

Georgia Arms mainly does reloaded ammo. Check the details and you'll probably see that's why the prices are so low. I've used their product for several years without a single error. If you were to buy range ammo anywhere in the Southeast, you'd probably get Georgia Arms. It's very popular around these parts.
