I?m sure hags is only referring to the mags being interchangeable as everything made for the CZ 452 certainly is not compatible. Firstly the CZ 452 is a different beast than the model 1 Brno. It was based on the model two not the model one.
You will find the model 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 Brnos all have different dovetails widths than the CZ?s therefore scope mounts will not interchange. The mags will change between the CZ?s and the Brno?s but the original Brno mags were all steel including the bottoms. They then became steel with a plastic base and then the later CZ mags have become all plastic. All work, some don?t look as nice. Trigger parts often interchange between the 452 and the model 2 but the model 1 trigger is quite different, though the model 1 also came out with two different trigger types.
