Hartzpad,

Contacted CZ Custom and was told with the BoMar Style sight they sell you needed the 7.5mm front sight.  Already have one for with a 6.5mm tall front sight and it does shoot slightly high with the rear sight fully depressed, so I believe they are correct.  My wife uses a 6 O'clock hold so for her it is perfect.  Good luck.
