SAO question
« on: December 23, 2008, 09:35:12 AM »
I had a quick question about the SAO; when you rack the slide, does the hammer go back or not?  I assume, after it's racked, the hammer goes back and you are in SA mode and every shot thereinafter is SA.  And that you can carry it cocked and locked.

How is the SA?  Light and smooth, or spongy?

If the hammer did not cock, it would not be a SA pistol.  This pistol is meant for low-end competition (or a platform to build a high-end competition pistol).  It is meant for Condition 1 (cocked and locked) or Condition 3 (no round in the chamber).
