New CZ 75BD, made in 99
« on: February 24, 2009, 06:50:31 PM »
Just picked up my CZ 75BD, made in 99, that I got off TheHighRoad.  Seller said he had fired 2 rounds, to see if it would feed and eject, and put it back in the box.  It doesn't look like it has been fired and could have passed for new.  It came with 2 hi-caps and I got 2 10 rounders also.

My dealer has a Springfield P9 comp, with checkered grips, and I worked out a deal with him to order a set of Hogue rubber grips for me and then swap the Hogue's for the P9's grips.

I will post pictures of it with the checkered grips later, but for now here it is with the plastic ones (one of the pictures he posted when it was for sale).

One thing for sure, it has a better trigger than my P-01 made in 08.

I, too, have one of the 99 BD's.  Very good trigger.  Much better than the 2008 CZ75B Stainless that I have.

My dealer had these grips on a Springfield P9 comp. and I taded him out of them.  I like the full checkering on them.

I too have a 99 BD. I bought it used and it had an issue with the slide locking back after every few rounds. CZ sent me a new slide lock spring and it works great! I love it.

I like the way that looks with the wooden grips! I put the factory rubbers on mine.
