New CZ-75B with Omega trigger = very nice pistol
« on: March 13, 2009, 12:44:32 PM »
I just bought this pistol last weekend and finally go to shoot it. My first CZ and I am very happy.
I couldn't decide between this or a 1911. After finally getting to handle a CZ, I did't let it go.
My local Gun Shop had 3 CZ-75b's and this was the only one with the more upswept beavertail
and the Omega trigger system for the same price as the other 2.
My question: I have searched for trigger job info and found alot of really good info here but
not much about working on the Omega trigger. Just wondering if there is any new info.

Thanks Archie

the gun has just hit the markets..so not really that many out there that have been torn apart.
it should be pretty straightforward since it pretty close to the same arrangement as the manual safety and decocker models.

I wonder if the CZ85 Combat will come out with reversable mag releases as well.  Mine is marked 06 and has the round mag release which is not reversable.  Very nice pistol.  We are still getting the old production. >:(
