New member and new CZ Owner
« on: June 23, 2009, 12:50:00 AM »
Hello All -

After much research online and in the local stores, I purchased a p-07.  I have not owned any handguns for the last 6 years and this is my first foray into handguns.  My previous guns semi-autos were a SA 1911 and a glock 23.  The P-07 has a much better feel than the glock.  I am excited to get to the range tomorrow.

Thanks for your help.

Your research has done you well.  The P-07 is a great new pistol from CZ, and I know you'll enjoy it..... welcome to the forum.

Welcome and good choice with the P-07. I am confused though.  You state you haven't owned any handguns for the last six years and that this is your first foray into handguns. Right after that you tell us what your previous guns were.  I'd just like some clarification.  Did you own these guns previously?

Welcome to the forum. Great choice in that P-07.  Happy shooting, Dusty

I meant this is my first foray back into handguns after a 6 year absence.  Thats what I get when I'm posting late a night.

I have owned firearms since I was 18 (rifles, shotguns) and bought my first pistol shortly after my 21st bday.  Got away from shooting, busy starting a family and working.

Off to the range in 30 minutes

Thanks, and I am of a similiar situation, setting aside guns previously.  My P-07 was my first gun on my second go around.
