trigger tune up for phanthom sp-01
« on: October 14, 2009, 04:47:54 PM »
after shooting my new Phantom a bit I decided to do something about the trigger. I learned here to try some 15lb. main springs and they are on there way. So - what's the next logical step? I could handle some light stoning or smoothing - but I'm not that confident in completly dissassembling it - at least not yet. Should I send it in for a complete tuneup? what would you recommend to be installed or worked on. It sounds like hammers get replaced often to improve trigger pull - would that be part of the "recipe".  I'm not too concerned with double action pull as I mainly target shoot and have added ajustable sights as well. I realize you get this question most everyday I bet and appreciate your tolorance of guys like me. thank you!
