CZ 75b Tactical OD green

I have ran across some pictures of these on the net and really like them. It my understanding that CZ no longer  makes them?

Does anyone know if CZ-USA is considering bringing some more of these in to the States?

not sure about that.

but if youre really interested in finding one, i think there was one on one of the gun auctions/selling sites.  dont remember if it was NIB or ? but i do remember it was in nice condition.

Hey ATG good question!  CZ has produced the OD "Tactical" twice. The first ones came with a Kershaw Ken Onion knife with the CZ logo etched on the blade:



Then about 2 years later they produced it without the knife.  I really liked the concept, but am a big fan of the 40 S&W cartridge so I created my own "Tactical" in .40. Since the original was in OD I had mine refinished in Dark Earth, the color used on many firearms for arid enviroments. I call it my "Desert Tactical"



I had the lanyard loop installed just like the original. So if you can't find a "Tactical", don't be hesitant about making your own. The only real problem will be the markings as the original Tactical shows the caliber to be "9 mm Para" instead of "Cal 9 Luger".

I have one and I love mine. Green is my favorite color. And it sits next to my OD P-01. It is almost the same as a stock 75b, but it has a looped mainspring plug, chamfered magazine well black, recurve trigger and on the slide it says 9mm para instead of 9mm luger. If you get one new with the entire package it should come with a CZ knife. There were two runs of the tactical mine is of '03 vintage and I think the other was '05. There is one on GB right now if you are really jonesing for one.
