So I Was Cleaning My CZ52
« on: January 13, 2010, 10:59:58 AM »
When I said I need a CZ82, too.

Just ordered one. Pics when I get it.

I have also been infected by the deadly "Mosinitis" bug. I think it is spread through contact with cosmoline.

Ah yes something about European surplus guns isn't there?

I've bought 2 mosin nagant M44's this past year. One is still stock, the other got the sporter stalk and a decent scope added to it.

CZ 82's are the same bought 2 of them. Both are still stock, but one may be getting refinished and new grips.

Mosins are like rabbits... You're ok with one, but when you put two together, they start multiplying!  I know...I have 19! :)

My new baby....

All the goodies it came with...

My first order from Century International Arms. Looks good. I was expecting a little more beat up pistol since I ordered their cheapest one. But there is only a couple little wear marks on the slide.

Crap, out of 100 loads, I only recovered 70 cases. Please, I don't really want to cut down 9mm Para cases. It was hard enough separating these from my 9X19 loads. 1mm difference in length is not that easy to spot.

Nice zombie head shots!

Seriously, 70% 9x18 cartridge case recovery?

That's pretty good.

Real good infact!  ;D

With the 82 ejection, they disappear faster than a politicians promise. i think they go into a parallel universe when they eject. Maybe when I die I will find all my missing socks and 9x18 casings.
Sounds like a good thread, hmmm....

Well, decided to convert a whole bunch of 9mm Luger cartridges anyways. Pain in the butt, but they work OK and the gun cycles them fine.
