My P-01 w/ CZCUSTOM Aluminum Grips (pics)

I recently purchased the Ultra-Thin Aluminum grips from czcustom.com to replace the factory rubber grips which I found I didn't care for too much mostly due to the palm swell.

Since it's pretty hard to find decent pics of these grips on a P-01 I thought I would post some.

There are a couple that show the difference in thickness with the factory grips for comparison.

I just replaced the grip-tape that came with them with Brooks Tactical A-Grip material. It's really good stuff with some unique properties (doesn't grab clothing, actually grips BETTER with sweaty hands, etc.)

They work great and definitely feel better to me. I can get a much more solid grip with these babies.

Very nice! I have never used aluminum grips, might try that sometime for grins and giggles, like when I win the lottery and buy a ProTek One.

My Aluminum grips are different. I guess when they were building first Pro Tek they cut down some Alum, grips From CZ.
I have that set on my PCR.  Now I want same grips on my PO-1
and the boys tell me sure, but will need many $$$ !
So I'm scouting for and old set of Alum grips (black), anyone have some? They have slightly diff grip panel. Also they were org furnished w/ the FH allen screw.

I just picked up a pair like your talking about last week. Thay have tape in two spots on the left panel and came with flat head Allen screws. They were posted in the czclassified section of this forum. I love the way they feel on my 75c !

Those look good as I have been thinking of getting a set. Do they come with the tape installed or did you just change it yourself?

They come with a piece of 3M grip tape that you have to install yourself.

I had it installed but replaced it with the A-grip material.
