POSP scope finally mounted !
« on: March 13, 2010, 08:17:09 PM »
Finally after almost a year , I found someone to install a side rail on my 858.
Well the scope functions great, though its not the most accurate rifle ( restricted short barrel version ). At 50 yards I have a bit of trouble getting tight groups.
Im new to scopes.
So I'm still fine tuning it.

looks great. Any ejection problems. Seems to be in the way. I've had trouble with scopes on "accurate" rifles. You might just need some more practice.

Thanks,

It looks like its in the way, but the casings are not hitting the scope somehow , and theres no ejection problems.

Yes I think I might need some more practice.

Sorry to raise a dead thread, but is your posp an AK mount or SVD?  I am trying to find a decent way to scope this rifle w/o breaking the bank.

I dont know... with that mass to it, maybe its a harmonic dampener? Dont see a barrel that short needing one though.
