Sounds like you're describing the P01. Here's the deal:
CZ 75 Compact D (P-01): Alloy Frame, Accessory Rail, Decocker, Night Sights, extensive testing by the Czech military and was given a Nato Stock Number.
CZ 75 Compact D (PCR): Alloy Frame, No rail, Decocker, 3 dot Novak style sights, Loaded chamber indicator.
CZ 75 Compact: Steel Frame, No rail, Standard safety for cocked and locked carry (no decocker), 3 dot sights
Hope this helps. I myself just picked up the P-01 and I am waiting for an opportunity to break her in.
So now that we know you will be with one less kidney...
Seriously, so now what are your planned use of one of these fine compacts?
Self defense? Home defense? Range shooting? Competition?
We all know that they are all dependable, so how important is a NATO number to you?
Is there any reason you need a rail for toy attachment? Is weight a serious consideration? Concealablity? If you are going to do much upgrades, then why buy the more expensive firearm?
I love my PCR, have no need to hang anything off it, good weight, great sights, and durable as any other CZ, just my choice for range time and personal protection. Think what your needs are and buy accordingly.
