Very nice. Aren't these supposed to be made in very limited quantities? It looks like they just took an sp-01 and cut part of the dustcover off and added a p07 top end. A semi-sompact sp-01, cool.

thanks dan,  according to angus only 50 of these will ever be made at least in 9mm,  .40 version will be nice also.  the lower is a shadow with trigger work done.

That is a very cool looking gun. And yes, CZ Custom did a bang-up job as a hybrid. But i've always wondered what niche it falls into. What is it used for?

I mean it's not a production pistol. So that would only leave you to shoot open/limited class if I understand the rules correctly. But then you would be out classed by more accurate pistols w/ longer barrels & other mod's. On the other hand, having proven quality SP-01 base & mag capacity is a plus. Though not for concealed carry.

So is just a very cool paper puncher? Or can it really be utilized? This isn't a mocking, just a question. Happy shooting.

any cz pistols are awesome paper punchers and can be all utilized anyway they want to be used ;)  but of course like you mentioned, questionable on competition use.  i purchased it being that its a unique cz which you cant find on the regualr cz lineup, and i love the p07 upper and you really cant go wrong with the shadow lower with a killer trigger.  as for accuracy its not to bad considering less than a 4" barrel and the trigger really helps allot, and if you do your part also
