Kamusta kababayans!  Just sending some warm wishes to our fellow pinoys from Manila.  Been reading this site for a few months now since acquiring my first CZ shadow to enjoy IPSC but never saw this thread.  :)  Regards to all!

OK, let me start from the beginning, and ask.... what does "pinoy" mean? I inferred it was a term for one of Philipine nationality or birth.

pinoy is just a short way of saying filipino. pinoy and/or pinay is generally acceptable, and not considered bad. however, it's usually only used between filipinos to describe other filipinos.
