P01 with VZgrips compared to Glock 19

I wanted to show off my "completed" P01 carry setup compared to my current Glock 19.

Big thanks to John of VZgrips for the new G10 grips and Joe (75Plus) for the base plates.  They solved my  biggest complaints with the gun, sticky rubber.  The new grips are thin and comfortable.  They approach the width of Aluminum CZ sport grips with much better feel.  I have actually held both.  Holsters are Kramer IWB#2 that hang on a Wilderness 5-stitch belt.

The P01 is as thin as the G19 with my new grips.  I don't have the pics, but my Sig P225 with thin Hogue G10 grips are the same width also.  The P01 is the most concealable IMO due to the compact slide.

The P01 is more concealable (grip tucks in tighter, rounded slide is less pronounced).  However, the sharper tang, slide, and hammer can poke those of us with a bit of a spare tire around the waist.  It's not noticeable with an undershirt.

For me, the Glock has a tendency to slide down more maybe due to the very flat sides.

it's your dang thread that really started my lust for getting a PCR/P-01, lol. I hope to get a PCR soon, I think it'd be more comfortable with having a slimmer slide near the muzzle for when i sit my fat butt down.

Well, you are the one that kept me from selling my 40B and jumping over to Sig.  Shortly after I got the P-01 and retired my Glock to safe duty.  Let's call it even
