I am using this Gould and Goodrich Yaqui that I had bought for my Beretta and modified by making slightly thicker retention spacers with fuel hose. It is very secure, could run laps , but releases nicely with a firm up and slightly forward pull. Works for me.

Just got my Alien Gear Holsters in just short of 2 weeks and that includes being over Thanksgiving! Fastest I have received a holster to date by months!

http://aliengearholsters.com/index.php/home

I bought a large (Sig 5" 1911), a medium (P-07/STI Spartan 4 1911) and a small (XDS).

Unfortunately my P-07 is off get some enhancements and the XDS is in for the recall work. When the P-07 is back I will update.

P-07 shell:

I have not seen one bad review on these holsters.

To add to them; these are by far the one of the best, if not the best cross-breed tyope holster out there! The quality is excellent. The plastic/kydex is THICK! .093" vs .08" or .06". There is gonna be no need to have to remold these! Plus the shells are some of the best moldings I have seen for fitment.

I have been wearing my Scorpion since I got this afternoon and cant believe how comfortable it is. I will report back in a couple of weeks to see how it breaks in, but all the reviews i read say it's butter after about a week of wearing!

Everything is quality. The leather is thick 10-12 ounce. The plastic/kydex is the thickest i have seen and has has a better molding of the gun. It comes with a spare parts bag that has enough stuff to pretty much replace all the hardware! Some don't like the back of the leather, but I'm wearing mine right now against my skin and it's comfortable to me. No itching or scratching.

Probably one of the best things about these holsters is the shells are replaceable and can be swapped out with any other shell they have on any holster! Obviously if you have a large shell you wanna swap it to a large holster, but you can put it on a small holster if you choose too!

I prefer to use the Galco JAK228 and JAK228B. For my other favorite carries I use either the Galco JAK202 or JAK228 for a Steyr M9-A1, FNX-9, Glock 19, and Sig P226 MK25. I keep them in the holster for about a week in the case and soon the leather tends to accept the different shapes. I also use them inside the belt (outside the pants) and use the belt to adjust the tension. I have used a little mink oil or leather conditioner to help the leather adjust. I have a separate holster for each gun sometimes in either tan or black or both. Simple and easy.

I uses a bladetech for outside and a great old faithful for inside.  The old faithful build it yourself kit on eBay is 40 bucks and the most comfortable holster I ever wore inside the waist band It's easy to
Assemble and if you change sight you just file a little off top.  It 75 if thy assemble it that's 35 bucks for 5 minutes of assembly.

Barley prints on me and I'm on the skinnier side 6'1 and 180lbs. Great deal for $45.

Not sure if this was mentioned, but Foxx makes a nice hybrid IWB for the P07. I bought one for my XDm Compact and loved it, its about a year old but still works great, so I went straight to them when I ordered my CZ P07. I bought mine for my new 2014 P07 and it fits perfectly. I chose the comfort backing on my new P07 holster and I REALLY like it, I wish they had that option when I bought my XDm holster. They also make good gun belts. I won't say they are the best because I've only ever used theirs, but it works for me.

I just received a new leather OWB holster from BearRiverHolsters.com and it is very nice. It fits my new 2014 P07 perfectly. Great customer service too. I'll post some pictures in a couple of days, after I have a chance to wear it a bit.
