I recently discovered that the Gould and Goodrich model 807 or B807 for the S&W M&P model will fit a CZ75 SP-01 well. It is a quality leather paddle holster with adjustable can't and thumb break. The thumb break is the perfect size to cover the hammer while decocked (i.e. half-cocked on safety notch) but is not quite long enough to snap in around a cocked hammer.

When you say decocked, do you mean as in half cock where the decocker puts the hammer at? Or do you mean Hammer down?
If hammer down, just wondering if the leather strap could stretch enough to use at half cock.

Sorry for not being more clear. The thumb break fits perfectly over the hammer in the half-cocked (on safety notch) position.

In a world that adores Kydex (aka - my BladeTech IDPA holster pack), I wanted a padded holster that covers most of my SP-01 for walking through the woods, briars etc. Received the Bianchi UM92II this week and it's all I hoped for. Well designed for today's military (Beretta) and many large frame pistols, it carries well on my simple jeans belt. The holster can be modified in a few ways like removing top flap cover to use a thumb strap, convert to shoulder holster etc.

Also found the SP-01 fits my old Safariland 1000 leather shoulder holster and sort of the Safariland 569-53 leather belt holster. Don't like the fit of that last one personally.

Great holster from a great guy. The MacDaniel II is my main rig for my sp-01.

I run one of the Double Alpha holsters for some classes, it has a great fit as well.

Really impressed by their apparent workmanship.  Unfortunately, I have a Crimson Trace CMR-206 and they cannot accommodate this.

I have a Stealthgear mini IWB for my SP-01 Shadow. It's very comfortable, I wear it about 3:30 position, so the barrel sits just behind my hip socket (which is about 2" straight back from the lower corner of my front pocket opening). The half-shell kydex is mounted in a FBI cant to a "ventcore" backing by 6 screws over 3 thick rubber grommets and so is adjustable at each point for tension. It has 3 holes for each of the 2 belt clips, which have 2 holes each also for a good bit of adjustability. I cut a hole in the end for my threaded barrel with a dremel and stone, works perfectly. I also have a CZC extended left-side safety. It will catch on the leading edge of the ventcore backing when re-holstering if you don't guide the pistol in correctly, but when wearing it I don't even notice the safety pushing into me, I guess due to the backing. I hope it doesn't wear a hole in it, it hasn't so far, I guess I'll sew on a piece of leather or something if it does. I got the angled belt clips when I ordered it so it pushes the grip into me, and even with the CZC magwell and TT mag extensions it doesn't print as long as my shirt's not too tight, but I'm kind of hollow all the way around my waist, so YMMV. For the most part I don't really even notice that I have it on, a good stiff belt helps (not that kind), I wear an Elite Survival rigger's belt (1.75" with the D-ring) or a TUFF belt easy-feed (1.5"), which is pretty thick but the clips still fit. The holster is pricey, about $100 with shipping, but I didn't want to wonder if something better would have been more comfortable or a better fit and I didn't want to add to my drawer full of holsters I bought and don't like, so I said screw it and bought it, and I like it a lot. I don't have any other IWB holster to compare it to, though. I considered the Alien Gear at half the price and very fast delivery (from all accounts), but didn't think it would be a soft and breathable, and they only listed the phantom as the closest model to mine - it probably makes no difference, but I - so far, anyway - don't have any buyer's remorse over what I got. I plan on getting an Alien gear backing in the future to make a mag carrier out of, so I'll update then on the materials comparison.

POSTED THIS IN THE WRONG SECTION, MEANT TO PUT IT HERE.......SORRY.

I just got a Don Hume leather belt holster for my Phantom and SP-01 Tactical. I got the H721 No. 41 (Glock 21), holster.... it fits the Tactical O.K. and the Phantom better, but the strap is a bit loose, due to the shape of the G-21 but is usable. I wonder if a Glock 17 holster would even be a better fit (Not sure!). The Phantom  fits a bit snug, in the G-21's holster but I think it will break in and be fine. It is a good quality holster, which I would buy again.

I got it at Gunners alley for $52 bucks. http://www.gunnersalley.com/product/H721/Don-Hume-Double-Nine-H721-Belt-Holster.html

I wish I could find a good kydex holster that would take the SP-01 with my Sig light mounted..... it is a pain dismounting it every time I want to carry it!
I do use it as a bedside gun most of the time, so it lives with the light mounted!

Fred

P.S. I did buy a Falco holster first.... I hate to say it.... but the Falco isn't even in the same league..... it is not terrible, but not great.... the leather is soft and thin.... I don't trust it,
I felt that I needed a better more secure holster so had to go out and buy the Don Hume, which has much superior quality.
Check out gunfightersinc.com  they make great stuff... Just shoot them an email to see if they have your light... If they do, I'm sure they can do it as they have the sp01 tactical mold. I have one for my g19 and love it! Rides super close to the body for an owb. Will be buying one for my cz soon.

Blackhawk Omnivore TLR1/2 fits SP01 pretty well.

Not sure how it would hold up to duty use but holster body seems good. I have my doubts about the robustness of the retention mechanism since the activation button and shaft appears to be plastic. But hey, a lot of things are. I like the idea of 3 activation pad heights to personalize it for thumb length and gun model. If you pull before activating it will not disengage.

Also you can tailor the draw post release of the active retention mechanism by tightening the screw on the back (under curve of paddle in photo). Says it's compatible with all their belt/rig attachments just make sure you have the right length screws for the application. Along those same lines, it is adjustable for cant and came with paddle and belt slide. Even though the setup is bulky I could conceal it pretty well under a baggy raincoat while road tripping for Resurrection weekend (I'm 6'2" 245 longish torso 46"-48" coat).

Good height sight channel and a little less than an inch at the bottom would most likely accommodate aftermarket sights and a threaded barrel I think.

My only concern is something Blackhawk mentions in passing in the user guide. Some firearms will fit and lock in but since the light body is what the holster latches onto and firearms dimensions obviously vary in many ways, the trigger may be accessible due to incomplete covering of the guard area. The SP01 is about at the limit I would feel comfortable with and only because I carry it cocked and locked. I would have to think real hard about sticking a striker fired handgun in it unless that firearm frame allows it to sit lower. You can insert a finger from the back and depress trigger. Gotta practice good trigger finger discipline and the groove and overmolded body are good index points. Also, check holster is clear of obstruction before reholstering and should be good.

I guess that is the sacrifice of a multi fit but for just under $50 and the fact that a CZ and light fit well might make it a good option for some. I will use it for range and since this is a night stand gun, will be hooked to a belt to throw on with a couple mags if need be.

I'm considering a UBG Holsters 'Regulator'  for my SP-01: http://www.ubgholsters.com/styled/styled-2/
His list of guns includes the "SP01 Phantom" but not the standard SP-01.

Does anyone have both a polymer Phantom and a regular steel framed gun that could give me feedback on if the dimensions are pretty close?  I'm guessing they are - at least for the parts going inside the holster - and the only real difference would be any boning in the holster's sweat shield for the decocker of the Phantom vs the safety on my SP-01.

Thanks!

Red hill tactical makes some great looking competition holsters for quite a few CZ's
I am picking one up for my shadow 2 with a "black drop" (this is a green drop)

https://redhilltactical.com/products/czcompholsters
I probably would never try to Conceal carry a shadow 2, but if Idid
I would go with Stealthgear. I have several of their IWB and OWB holsters for my M&P shield
and my XDM3.8C .45

Just tried my phantom in my safariland ALS holster for p09. Fits like a glove but doesn't lock obviously because of the chamber opening being closed on top of the phantom and open on the p09. Also fits in my Hogue p09 holster with trigger guard retention device. Retention and release both work well. Nice to have holsters that accept multiple guns.

Figured the phantom would fit most p09 holsters as the trigger guard and frame are so similarly shaped.

hopefully you all can help me.

I have an sp-01 with an extended TS safety.  Carry condition 1.  I need an OWB holster that is preferably Safariland QLS compatible, but if has a "low rise" or "drop" belt loop that will be ok too.  I have a short torso, long arms, and a bad right shoulder... highrise or concealment style holsters do not work for me at all.  Finally I'm looking for something compatible with a light - inforce apl3.  Any suggestions?
