Why would the Compact grips be $10 more than 75 grips. Aren't they effectively the same?
I don't know if you are interested enough in the grips to have followed Centurion9's suggestion
as posted above and emailed the seller. But since I was communicating with him about the grips
I purchased (couldn't wait till February), I relayed your query and this was the seller's reply:
Hello!
the grips for CZ 75 compact are more expensive because they are made of higher grade walnut.

Grips4uI don't know if, along with price comparison you also did a side-by-side study of the two sets of
grips. I did. And I saw that the regular-sized grips did seem "plain jane" to my eyes and had
minimal grain patterns while the compact's had deeper hues and more pronounced grains. This
was the reason why I chose the grips4u version over the CZCustom set, as well.
On a lighter note, the fact that the regular-sized grips were $10 cheaper wouldn't have mattered
to me as what I needed was a set of compact grips. And I had no intention of haggling with,
or asking for "price matching" from, the seller based on that price difference.
