I finally had my 97B 3 days ago, that is 11 days of waiting, and its all because the govt agency encharged with the issuance of the neccesary permit/license is not moving its butt to process it!

geez.. i have to shell out an extra $40 just to expidite things  

but the pleasure i got after i have hold and fired the gun the 1st time is will worth it
