The House Bodyguards
« on: May 09, 2011, 08:13:30 PM »
Here are my house bodyguards. I can go away and not worry about anyone bothering my daughter or wife or my CZ's etc. The one in the top pic is 110 lbs, the next one is 100. They are super gentle with children, even kids they don't know, but don't walk through the door unannounced and especially don't sneak into the bedroom and put a ball cap on and walk out without letting them know you are doing that  :-[ . I had to say "It's me boys, it's me"

Beautiful! My favorite breed.

My sisters first Doberman was an abused pup she found on the side of the road. She worked with him till he trusted her and her husband. Clay was still a little wary of men. I once patted my wife on her rear as we were saying goodbye to Clay. He was not amused with me at all. My wife calmed him down and I got to keep my hand.

I think your wife and daughter are in good hands.

I would say so. Cool puppies. I think the bad guy's should think twice before breaking in to your house.

The biggest one's best friend is a 10 lb Shi-Poo (cross between a Shi-tzu and a poodle). It is funny to see the big guy rolling on his back with his feet straight up in the air letting the little guy maul him.

Those pictures are when they were half grown.  They are a lot bigger now. Our friends have a 150 lb German Shepperd that is all black.

I also have a have a beagle that has some Basset hound in her background. She has those huge ears. She is the gentlest dog. She has black around her eyes. It looks like she was playing makeup with her mommy's eye-liner.

They are nice and they'll keep you fit for shooting as well. Good one.

Beautiful Dogs!  8)

Sounds like they have a great and very desirable temperament!

Congratulations!  :)
