I know I've been spending a LOT of time shooting my rifles, looking for that perfect load to shot 300 yards with the 527M, or the cast lead load that won't lead up the vz-58 barrel/gas block, etc...
I had no idea how MUCH time I had been spending ignoring my deteriorating pistol skills...until today...

Practice was at 10 yards, aka 30 feet, all draws from concealment, triple taps the rule. Four head shots taken for grins and giggles. Firearms used were my CZ P-01 and CZ SP-01 Phantom.



Ouch...back to the basics...again! I mean, c'mon, WRIST shots? Egad.

Disregard the "low blow" shot, that was a mistake... :o

It really does show that anyone drawing from concealment needs to re learn the basic rule - you can't miss fast enough to win.
And, as the class said in the Academy, "Sight alignment, sight alignment, sight alignment!"

Hey, if you shoot 'em in the wrist, it makes it awful hard for him to shoot back at ya, right? That is if you shoot him in both wrists!  ;)

Remember the movie Survivors? that comment Robin Willaims made about shooting BGs in the boom box takes out thier will to live...

I will be out again next week to gt some more practice in, especially while I still have some of these excellent targets, thank you!
