The only one I've ever heard of specifically for the CZ 97 is from XS Sights.

XS Sight do have night sights for the CZ97B, I have a set.  They are great sights and you can install them yourself as I did.  If you plan on shooting at farther distances you might want to get the standard dot as I did.  Mine shoot  great even out to 50 yards the big dot I have heard does not lend itself to this kind of shooting.

So what is the white material? fiber optic or a tritium glow in the dark substance? The website is not very descriptive in this regards
