The cool and popular new CCW rig that all the AIWB kids are raving about these days is the PHLSTER Enigma:

You might want to take a look at that.  I personally have zero experience with it.  It functions independently of any clothes you are wearing over it.  Everybody talks about using it when wearing sweat pants and working out etc.  Personally I have an old Galco fanny pack for that purpose.  Otherwise, being a man I don't have as many wardrobe challenges to deal with.

Armed and Styled on YT has a lot of good videos about carrying concealed from a female perspective.

Concealed carrying of a gun depends on two factors: clothing, meaning proper selection; the skill to carry a gun and equipment (the lack of a special holster in most cases can be compensated for by the selection of clothing). I suggest check out this store, something you can choose here. For summer, choose a T-shirt close to body and wear a loose shirt on top (a size or two larger).  It`s easier in winter, but when picking out a jacket, try to avoid those models that have inside patch pockets on both sides. So when pulling a gun out you might get caught by the trigger or bolt in the thin but tough fabric.

I will echo what everyone else has said. Carry on your person. A good owb kydex or leather with thumb break or IWB.

N8 Tactical makes incredible IWB holsters as well as Bradec. Also a plug for Garret holsters in Waco. Since I am in Texas the guys at Tucker Byrd make excellent holsters that are good enough for the Texas Rangers not the baseball team. Also a good belt is a must. Hanks makes a kydex lined leather belt that does not sag.

Pair them with a good 9mm pistol and you are on more than equal footage when a 230 lb predator tries to do you harm.
