Here are some pics of our Belgian Malinois range dog. She is great at herding horses (and people). She grew up at the range, although I make her 'stay' a good distance away to save her ears. She's calm around the sound of gunfire. This breed has to have a job (high drive), so I have her walk the range with me after we're done to help me 'find the brass.' Similar idea to finding drugs - the vocation for which she was originally bred.
This is a link to a great, fun video about the breed (drive, fearlessness, etc.). For the best effect expand the Youtube video to full screen and turn up the volume BEFORE you play it. Enjoy.

Our 'Range Malinois,' posing in the sun.
She really gets her arms (ok, legs) around dinner.
In dog language, 'Do NOT get any closer!'
