Have you considered cerakoting the hammer to match? It's odd looking with the matte stainless controls. Nice hammer though, I need one of those too.

no, but I thought of adding black controls for manual safety and slide release. It really doesn't bother me though, I like the black on stainless look; reminds me of many stainless 1911s out there.

The problem with black controls on a stainless pistol is that it would then be mistaken for a Satin Nickle one.
