Most oddball question ever asked here.....

Do all P-01 pistols have the NSN electro stenciled on it?  I just got out of the Navy and it would give me a little chuckle to see a NSN on my pistol (pick up Mar 6th if my FFL ordered it this time).

Every P-01 I've seen has an NSN #. Mine is a 2011 model and has the NSN #.

I had heard of some without the NSN just haven't seen one. Do you know if that's a standard thing they started doing during a certain year span?

no idea all i know is when i bought it, i was wondering where the nsn number was or why it didn't have one

Picked up my fresh new 2011 mfg P-01 two days ago and it had a nice clean NSN on it :).  I'm officially grinning.
