I get the simplicity of having a dedicated Frame for the Kadet Upper
BUT, the real beauty of the Kadet is mounting it on your DTD shooter and getting the cheap Trigger time on that Frame
Cheap practice with the Trigger pull and break of the Frame you shoot the most
Trigger, Target acquisition and Mag changes?.Practice, practice practice?..Cheap, cheap, cheap
AND, It only takes a couple minutes to swap out the Uppers
Not sure what DTD means..... ?
If I want to drill Trigger, Target acquisition and Mag changes (and Draws) with a defensive handgun
cheap I would do all of them dry. If I want to
practice with a defensive handgun I am going to use
That handgun. My Dad taught me: "Dance with the girl you take to the party". There is no comparsion to shooting a 22 and a 9; the recoil, the timing are too different to me.
For me 22s are about the enjoyment of shooting, trying out new stances, grip holds and just having fun. Every shooter should have a 22, full or conversion, to play and practice new techniques on.
