Slides on compact interchangeable with regular slides?

I was wondering if the slide on a CZ75 Compact would fit on a full size CZ-75 frame.  I have always wanted the semi-compact that CZ-UB offered in Europe and it seems to be the only way to get something like that in the US.  Would like the short barrel/slide with full grip and magazine capacity.

You see semi-compacts offered for sale periodically, here on the forum and at CDNN.  And every once in a while a dealer will offer some.

Yes, the are interchangeable with other 75B models.  

(In the same caliber.  May not always fit so well if you try on a .40 frame, or vice versa.)

CDNN's website has a catalog you can download... and that's how you find out their deals.  (That, or their mailing list, which you can get on.)

CDNN doesn't show guns on their website.

You have a local dealer or gunsmith order for you.  Pay them for the transfer, and pay them for the gun.

I always have a copy of my gunsmith's FFL, and I can send it to whomever, along with payment.  They ship to the gunsmith, and he handles the transfer.

Yes, this will work just fine.  I've swapped compact, SP01, and Kadet slides on both full size and compact frames without issue.  I'm somewhat partial to the compact frame with the full-size slide...
