I would prefer lining up dots on my rear sight with the front fiber. Instead I need to line up the metal above the front fiber, with the rear sight. I have a tendency to line the fiber dot instead, causing high shots.
I was happy to see a rear fiber optic sight (red or green) on the CZ Europe Shopping site. They have no stock of course. Any chance of you getting hold of these
