CZ75 13lb main spring?
« on: July 20, 2012, 01:35:50 AM »
I don't have the source, but I read someone reporting that the CZ custom shop suggested using a 13 or 15 lb CZ75 main spring to lighten up the trigger. The Smith warned that the 13lb may have problems with some ammo.

Has anyone done this? I wanted to try the 13lb, but the CZ Custom shop wants 10$ for shipping on a 4$ spring. I'll have to see if I can make a purchase worthy of shipping.

zdroj,

Running a 13# hammer spring with the OEM firing pin spring is not a good match.  The 13# HS will work perfectly if you match the FP spring accordingly.

Thanks. I haven't seen any options put together for the P-07.  Unfortunately, I don't have the knowledge or experience to experiment. I hope the CZ Custom shop gets moving with P-07 modifications.
