I disassembled the offending magazine and found the spring to be inserted correctly but the follower had a few spots on it where paint had 'globbed' which could have been the culprit. I dug out the handy Dremel and smoothed them out, and cleaned the mag body which wasn't bad but had some grease in it. One other thing I noticed was a slight ding in the rear spine, I took a punch and flattened it out the best I can. The magazine seemed to function well once reassembled, I made two small marks on the bottom with a Sharpie so I know which one gave me problems the next time I go to the range. I'll also bring my fourth mag to make sure it works fine as well.
