CZ Ultimate Hunting Rifle

I would be interested in hearing any comments regarding this rifle. What are the main differences between this rifle and the regular CZ model 550 other than cost?  Please indicate pros and cons if applicable.  How does it compare to the new Winchester model 70 Supergrade manufactured by FN?

I really don't know, but I do know it's drool worthy if it can keep that accuracy claim.
