elderberry,
speaks the truth..  tweak if needed for competition.. but plain old target shooting and SD, leave alone.. shoot it.. let it break in/smooth out..

all my CZ 40's.. original triggers... very crisp/smooth.. don't want to change anything for overall general use.

cheers

When I first picked up my CZ75B I was not thrilled with how the trigger felt, felt a little gritty to me. As of this posting I have put 500 rounds through the gun and am happy to report that the trigger has smoothed out nicely. I am now able to hold 1 inch groups at 7 yards if I am on my game, can't always shoot like that but it's nice to know the gun can. I see no need to do a trigger job on this gun for the type of range shooting that I do.

Ive bought both my CZ 75s secondhand and so I figured they would have had their triggers smoothed out by then but doesn't seem like it, they're both fairly gritty and stagey still. Its my only complaint about the guns, but besides that there's nothing about them that I'm unhappy with ;D.

The trigger is decent from the factory. Install the competition hammer and the SA trigger and it is very nice  ;D
