My CZ 527 M is .3105 groove.

Shoots under 1" @100 yards with Lapua 7.62x39 FMJ factory ammo scoped and off a bag, under 2" with cast sized at .311. And I did NO load development with the cast to achieve that. Lyman 311332 180 gr. seated to 2.20" OAL in 1x neck sized Lapua case with 22 gr IMR 4895 (Don't try this load at home or in your AK/SKS, we are trained professionals. Or just crazy... :o)

It didn't do at all well with Wolf steel cased, a bit better with Yugo brass cases surplus but not as good as my cast hand loads.

It kills deer just fine at 50 yards with whatever Winchester puts in their 123 gr soft point hunting load.

Any pics of that one?  They had them for sale here, but now sold out.  I should have got one to make some trick loads.  Oh well, my CZ should be back from the gunsmith in a week or so.

That was my experience with the Win 123 gr SP - worked just fine on whitetails at that distance.

I get good accuracy with the russain ammo. as they are .311 for being a little gun I think it would be a great coyote, Hog killer
I heard the USA made stuff is .308

 Haven't had a chance to start load development yet , hope to start this weekend after I empty some cases. Got a good deal on some Remington umc  FMJ locally, the bullets in mine measure .3095 at the canalure(?) .
 Going to start with some .311 Sierra 125gr soft points I have on hand ; wish me luck.

Is the Rem-UMC ammo you got small primer? I just found a couple of the old yellow box stuff that is.

The guys who remodel 7.62x39 into various bench rest rounds like the small primer stuff, claim it's more accurate.

Just checked ; the stuff I have ( green and white box , #L762391 ) is large rifle. Got quite a few FTFire yesterday, disassembled bolt to check for crud etc. and can't get it back together. Any tricks or tips to reassemble the bolt?????
