Bring some parts from Czech

Hi, i need advice, searching  web was useless for me >:(. Friend of mine going to Prague. I would like to buy some parts for vz58 such as: fiber optic sight, 15 rounds magazine, loading clips. Is it legal to bring this parts for personal use? I would appreciate  any help.

From Prague to the USA?

If so, go to the post office and ask for shipping restrictions from Prague to the USA.

It's not the Post office you have to worry about. It's import restrictions on firearm parts.

Thank you for response. All information in web very confusing. TSA - ok, no problem, but import-export crap is complicated. I don't want any problems to friend of mine. For personal use and not essential parts, information hard to find. I'm not importer, sad news is, this parts, ordered from zahal website (reimported) with triple margin and shipping from Israel to the USA  available :(

nope, it's not legal... it's in violation of ITAR, unless you have an FFL and a special import license.

Oops, sorry for the misinformation. I was always under the impression that parts like magazines and clips were okay to ship no matter what.
