I have never had a failure to fire with Brown Bear, but I have had a problem with chambering with one batch.

No problems in 5.56x45mm or 7.62x39mm.  I've not used it in handgun cartridges, as yet.

So far, 20 rounds of 94-gr FMJ 9 Makarov fired with no failures of any kind.  Of course, with such a small sample and a bus token, you can buy a bus ride.

I suspect that over the decades there have been failures with every brand of ammo ever made? Including reloads.
Various firearms in .22LR, .380ACP, 7.62x25, 7.62x38R, 7.62x54R, 9mm and 45ACP. Lee reloading equipment

I have not...  I've had better luck with Brown Bear than Silver Bear actually, but I think at the time, I was also experiencing issues with a defective magazine that had a rough edge where the round crosses out of the magazine and into the chamber.

Never tried Tula or wolf for 9x18 though...

I used Silver Bear 9x18 when I had my Makarov. Never had any issue with either their FMJ or HP. I will say though, I have seen some testing on their HP and out of the 10 shots that were fired, only 1 expanded at all. YMMV however though.

Either way though, its all I shot in that pistol...
