Just in-case anyone was wondering, the SHTF holster is made for the P-09 (and P-07):

Used it for an IDPA match and it performed flawlessly.  More info:  http://www.shtfgear.com/.

Night Sights installed (from CZ-USA).

Hogue makes a very nice holster for the CZ 75 & P-09. It is called the Powerspeed stage 1 carry. Got mine the other day, comes with a paddle mount with cant adjustment and a belt slide. It also has the accessories for molle and shoulder holster conversion. Got mine at Midway.

Aero762 posted a holster from Midway:

I bought it and it is great!  It comes with both a paddle and belt configuration.  My P-09 FDE fits like a glove, locks in securely, and the release mechanism is very intuitive.  Highly recommended.

For use with IDPA or concealed, I use the Blackhawk standard concealment for S&W 9/.40, SD,Sigma 9&.40 in size #25. There is no retention lock which is what I prefer for both activities but gun remains securely held. It is also very inexpensive.

Bought a Nate Squared Tactical (N82) original, and love it. EXTREMELY comfortable. The only downside is the difficulty in re-holstering, but you worry about that "after the fact" so I'm not too concerned by it.

I recently purchased this holster for my new P 09

After a few simple adjustments, it fits perfectly and I can carry is as a paddle or on a belt. An Amazing Holster!

Don't forget carrying a large pistol IWb can be done - I do it everyday with my CZ SP-01 Phantom. The right holster and belt make all the difference in the world.

Mr. A, could you share one more time the IWB holster and belt (with pic, please) that you use to carry your Phantom or P-09? I remember seeing it somewhere in the forum but can't seem to find it for the life of me...  :'(

I just got my permit and would like to start excercising my 2A. Concealing in the winter should be relatively easy with sweaters and coats, but any tips on concealing a full-size in the summer (or AZ weather in general)?

I have had excellent luck with the Black Hawk holsters sold by Walmart for $20.00 for both the 07 & 09. They are ambidextrous, will fit either inside or outside the waist band, and have a retention system available if wanted. They secure on the body very well and are light weight. There are multiple sizes to choose from to best fit your firearm. If the front sight does protrude, a couple of stitches with a good strong thread at the trigger guard location of the holster will limit how far the gun sits in it.

hebsc, I can't pull up the pic right now, but the holster is a High Noon Down Under with straps IWB rig, on a High Noon Rock Steady gun belt, GREAT combo, works well hiding my Phantom under a t-shirt in AZ summer weather.

I'm wondering if anyone's used a holster from KT Holsters:

They look to be priced reasonably, and have a model with adjustable retention.

I'm the ginea pig for Milt Sparks.  I sent them my P-09 last week for them to make a mold for a Versa Max 2.  Should get it back early next week.  So they should be available for order soon I would think.  Of course it's an 8 week wait.

I have one for my P-07.  Their P-07 mold is for the old Duty model and the slide profile is slightly narrower at the front bevels than the 2014 P-07, so I shave a little bit of plastic on every draw.  I also wish it rode maybe 1/2" lower on my belt.  Other than that, it is a perfectly serviceable holster.

Since the P-09 has never had any variations like the P-07, I doubt you will have any rub problems.
