This is the first thing that comes to mind.
I don't have one of these, but if it's a comfortable as their (old, discontinued style) Ghurka or current Infidel holster, it should work out well.

Very nice and functional cross draw holster by Fist for a P01.

This Safariland Model 18 with adjustable cant would probably work. See holster model for Sig P228/P229.

I am also a big fan of appendix carry, I carry my P01 in a don hume 715 for a glock 19 or 23, Fit's like a glove and carries very nicely

Anyone carry the p01 appendix without a holster?   I have found a holster that I'm willing to pay for yet so I have been carrying without a holster... Maybe it's just me but with the decocker and my body style it's comfy and I'm not worried about a negligent discharge.   I never did any trigger work so I would really have to try to cause it to shoot a hole in the good fellas!

Just don't blame your dog if you take one to the femoral artery or worse...

Yeah...
At least use a trigger guard only holster.
Most companies that make them don't list CZ 75 as an option.
You're best bet is to find a local kydex guy and have one made with a lanyard that you loop around your belt.

Do it for your junk, you only get one set.
