Den - normally I would welcome the change and opportunity to ski a few more days at Snowbird or Solitude but in this case I was not as thrilled. Once the yardwork starts and my mind gets to thinking about kayaking, biking and outdoor shooting it's hard to turn back. I simply don't have enough time to go skiing anymore this season with work/trip conflicts so this did me no real good.
I may suck it up and make it out skiing tomorrow but then that's it - the snow can stop until fall.
Glad to see that someone popped a cap in the arse of that furry rodent! D.

Luckily in OK snow like that is quite rare, but I gotta agree that my outdoor hobbies are calling me. Bass fishing and outdoor shooting are a must! Not necessarily in that order........no, that's the right order.

Den:

I'm just fine with the white stuff staying in the mountains.  We got only 2" from that storm (AF Canyon area).  It sure is different from last week's 75, huh?

Yeah, it changed QUICK !
I love how The Weather Channel and the Weather Guy on Fox 13 said the snow was going to stop by 1500 - 1800 Friday and just be cold Sat and Sunday
Zero precipitation
Wish I could be wrong >50% of the time and still get paid 6 figures

Other parts of Florida had some stormy weather today but here in the Panhandle it was gorgeous and hit an unseasonably warm 85 degrees. Good for this week's Spring Breakers, as it rained nearly all of last week. Suppose to be back to reality and in the mid 30s tonight though...

75?  It got up to 30 here today.  Last week we had 10" Saturday, 6" Monday, a couple more Tue. then again Wed.
Supposed to get some snow Mon-Wed this week.  That groundhog is still buried under 3 feet of snow around here.  At this rate, August ought to be some pretty poor sledding.  ;D

Den - got my last skiing day in today so now I will join the grumbling and wish this dang snow would go away!  Time to get shooting outdoors and other things.  C'mon spring!  D.

Den, It is snowing in Maryland at the moment and Easter is next Sunday. Crazy, we were shooting last week and it was 50 degrees. Think I may break down and clean the PO-1/ Kadet today.

Well, if the hand doesn't get better soon, it won't matter if it's raining Toads
