Looking for a CZ-40B
« on: October 31, 2006, 12:10:04 AM »
Hi,
I'm interested in picking up a new CZ-40B and wondered if someone could point me to a good source with reasonable prices. Is this pistol still in production or was it a limited run? Is it all steel or does it have an aluminum frame?
hanks,

Hello! I got mine from gunbroker.com  . I just checked and there was only one up for auction. It's price was a bit high @ 350. Normally, they sell for under 300 new with xtra mag and in it's packing oil/bag. I would go to gunbroker and look up auctions that have ended within last 90 days and contact one of the sellers to see if you can pick one up for the advertised  299 or whatever.

I have one new in the box that I just found that I forgot I even had, never even shot it. If you live near Cincinnati let me know.

Hey guys,
Thanks for the info. I completely forgot about this post and didn't get a notification that it had replies.
buckeyered, unfortunately I'm down in South Texas. A .40 kind of got pushed back since I came across a deal on a 75B. I wish I'd grabbed one of the 40B's when they were going for $249.00. Always a day late or a dollar short.
Thanks again,
Fiream

Wow I feel stupid now, I didn't know the forum didn't send an email when you get a pm and I didn't get the notification on the replies. I had a couple of pm's waiting on me so I apologize to everyone.
Well the price really came down on these since I bought mine, you can buy them cheaper on the auction sites than for what I paid so I would have to sell it at a much higher loss than I would like but I will take 275.00 for it. It wouldn't be cost effective to ship it through an FFL so I prefer a private sale to someone local (Hamilton, Oh) that way there are no fees and we are still legal. If it doesn't sell thats all right I will just have to go buy some ammo and see what a .40SW feels like on the range.
