PSA Shootout tomorrow
« on: April 26, 2013, 09:11:15 PM »
Tomorrow is the PSA Shootout, 5 stages of falling steel. This is my first time doing the actual event, I'm so stoked!! As long as I don't come in last, that's all I care about. Would love to see my name in the first 50%, been shooting a lot the past few weeks, hopefully it pays off!
I may not be the sharpest tool in the shed, but I know how to use every one of them !!

I've never shot it.
4 friends go every year and they had a no-show and asked me.
But no......  I had to have back surgery.  Double drats.

Sounds like a real fun time.
150 pieces of falling steel.

My first run was with a friends open class 1911, I did pretty good with the optic. The next run was with CZ SA.40 custom .......I could have / should have done a lot better, but at the end of the day, I had a great time and still have all my fingers!! I got to watch some incredible shooters, met some good people, and wasted LOTS of ammo!!
Next weekend is steel challenge at lower providence gun club
I have had back surgery twice, if you have any questions please PM me. I hope you regain as much of you're pre back pain life as I have, careful with the pills.

No, there are some GOOD shooters there, I need more practice at longer ranges, and more ammo!!
