Model 21 H

Just purchased 21 H in 7x57. It has the double triggers etc. The bolt handle is not a flat bolt but a nob handle. I have never seen a 21 without the flat bolt. I can not see where it was changed. Has anyone seen a 21 with a round bolt handle?
