So what about Revolvers for carry anyone switch off?
« on: June 29, 2013, 03:11:55 PM »
Hi, I only ask because I have 3 revolvers that use to be my primary carry gun in the late 70's and early 80's.
One is a 4 inch M29 SW, the other 3 inch md 36 square butt md36 SW and finally the 2 1/2 inch md 19 RD butt SW. Love these revolvers and sometimes I still carry the 19 but mostly its my 1911's, Glock 10mm or Steyr. Now I have a Witness P-CARRY in 10mm been carrying that and love it. What about you all?? ???

A S&W 642 is my daily carry gun.  It is always accompanied by two six round speed strips and an HKS speed loader.  They are all loaded with Federal or Remington 158 lead +P SWCHPs.

Ruger LCR in .38 Spl in a pocket holster in the summer. I find the fat cylinder on larger revolvers a hindrance to CCW except in the wintertime where you can wear IWB with a coat or jacket over.

I am in Tucson AZ originally from PA. Rarely in Tucson do you need a cover garment. So its either shirts out or Crossbreed style
tuck holsters. I love those...

My bad.  My poor attempt at humor.  I should have used a smiley or a Lol or the like.  My intent was that I carry my guns openly.  Loud and proud. Shiny side up.

I didn't get it, thought you meant it gets cold there so jackets are helpful.  :o ???
