Beretta Model 1934 vs Polish Radom P-64
« on: July 15, 2013, 07:16:33 PM »
Which would be smaller (and, therefore, better suited for pocket-carry) - a Beretta Model 1934 or a Polish Radom P-64?  ???

I believe either would fit in a pocket.  The P-64 is very thin.  The Beretta, I think, is a bit thicker.  Isn't the Beretta a .32?

No, the Model 1934 is a .380. The Model 1935 is .32.

Pocket-carry. I guess you could call it a back-up gun.

Living in Indiana I have gotten away from those.  I just don't want to rely on something that small.  Everyone is different though.  I just put either my Compact or RAMI in a belt slide and cover it with a button down shirt or bigger T.  I have never had anyone even notice it that I am aware of.

Both .380 and 9x18 seem to be sufficient for my part of the state, Chief.   ;D

I think the P-64 would probably be better suited for pocket carry due to the longer "pinky rest" on the Model 1934, which would seem to snag easily.

For some size comparison here's a 1943 Model 1934 with my Beretta mouseguns...
