That's a great price on a beautiful AR.  And it looks good next to your CZ!

I myself was trained on the M-14 therefore I naturally prefer the open bolt design which comes from the M-1, which is available on the Mini-14's -- simply because it is then easier to clear a jam.

It's amusing how attitudes change.  As more and more shooters arrive who are completely unexposed to the M-1 and M-14 original designs, the closed bolt of the AR-15 designs cause less concern for them.

Still, if you love your AR and get really good with it, that's what matters most.

You might want to drop a Geissele Super Dynamic-Enhanced (SD-E) Trigger in that bad boy. They aren't cheep but they are rock solid and SWEET

P.S. I also have the The Geissele Super Dynamic 3 Gun (SD3G), not for everyone but talk about fast  ;D Ohhhhh Baby
CZ 75 SP01 Shadow, strong enough for a man, but she likes it too!

I trained with the M-14, and loved it - but that old fence post gets really heavy really quick. :)
Nice pictures, gents! I don't have an AR-15, but I have this,

I really want an m14 but priorities are what they are. It's not in the budget.

I'm running the SD-E and love it!  If you don't want the straight trigger, the SSA-E is the same trigger but curved.  You can't go wrong with Geissele!
