Two of my CZs
« on: October 14, 2013, 05:48:28 PM »
First off, my beloved and reliable 1999 CZ 452-2E ZKM with oiled walnut stock:

And now, finally paid off and picked up this morning, my "new" 1977 CZ ZKK 601 in .243Win.  The barrel's fully-floated and it seems to have been cut down to approx. 21"

And the old-school CZ trademark on it:

You're welcome.

I'm absolutely rapt to get it home after having spent so long paying it off.  It's even better than I remember it when I first saw it in the shop.

Once home, I checked a few things I didn't check at the store - like running a $5-note between the barrel and the forestock to check that the barrel is floating freely.

In the pic it's got a bikini scope cover that's slightly too large for the scope, but now it's got a set of Butler Creek flip-up covers - much nicer.

Looking forward to taking it out and putting a few rounds through it.

That is a pair set of rifles. Let us know how they shoot..
