Any advantage of one over the other for concealed carry?

One has a rail and one does not.  One has better "carry" sights.

The lack of a rail on the pcr makes a bit smaller so maybe a little easier to conceal.

Thanks. Don't need the rail for carry. I have other railguns and just never have used them.  Might be missing something. Good to consider.

I used to have a CZ P01 I don't like the looks of it.  I sold it and got me a CZ 75D PCR.  IT's more easy to conceal.  It works the same and they're both accurate and dependable.  But I like more the looks of my new PCR.  Aside from my PCR I bought a new full size CZ 75B .40 S&W and I'll pick it up this coming Monday at Rifle Gear.  CZ are very good gun, I like them better than the SigSauer.  Jek

It's a win-win decision, it unlikely you will be unhappy with either one.
I have a P-01 that is my EDC.  I personally liked the visual balance better on the P-01, but I'm certain that if I started with the PCR I would be equally as happy.  The PCR is a little slimmer in the nose as it doesn't have a rail, but I have no trouble concealing my P-01 and wanted the option for a rail.  A good holster/belt combo will matter more for concealment than the difference between rail or not...

My P01 with light handles house duty while my PCR handles carry duty.

I debated for a long time between the two. I wanted the P-01, and I use it for concealed carry without any issues. Had the P-01 not been available, I would have gladly purchased a PCR.

One difference I've found is in the availability  of accessories. I see far more for the P-01 than the PCR. This may only be an issue where accessories are made for the rail on the P-01 or some models of holsters which may prevent them from being used for a PCR. It would be a good idea to check availability for the PCR if there is a particular make and style of holster you want to use.

Some posts I've seen have postured that the rail adding weight plays a role in reduced muzzle flip. Not sure I buy that reasoning. If you can get a PCR for a good price, I wouldn't hesitate.

Bought a SP-01 that should ship by tomorrow. I'll give the EDC some more thought. Only compact CZ I can fine locally is the 75 compact.  Really want the alloy frame for carry.

Since I have a SP-01 on the way, kinda leaning towards the P-01. Tonight anyway. Sure I will go back and forth on this one.

I did that for a while. Go with the alloy for your EDC, as you'll be happy either way.

Since you already have something with a rail, get a PCR next.  Then a P01 later.

Wasn't aware there was a Compact L model. A compact alloy frame with manual safety and improved trigger would be great.  Might save money here since I would send a stock gun to CZC for some mods anyway.

I carry a PCR, I do not need a rail for a carry gun.
