New sp01 owner here
« on: March 27, 2014, 11:53:38 AM »
Hello all, I have just recently became a member of the cz family. I purchased my cz75 sp01 a few weeks back. Put 300 rounds out of it. I love it!!! Works perfectly!!! I plan on doing some, work to it, just dont know what yet cause its hard to improve on greatness already. Lol. I also just pre payed for a cz97bd yesterday so I plan on staying in the cz family for a looong time.
sp01 with my springfield 1911a1 loaded.
this is with the streamligjt tlr-1hl light. Its my home defense weapon loaded with federal hst's.

Theres a lot that can be improved on the greatness. Even the diy polishing job is a big improvement. Lots of great aftermarket parts for your cz.

Thank you guys. I want to keep this as a duty weapon, hence the tactical version with night sights and decocker. I want to make sure it stays reliable and will eat any round I put through it. I like the trigger on it in s.a., double action I want to improve. When my 97bd shows up I will see what I am most comfortable with between it and my 1911. Which ever one I do worse with will be the one I upgrade.

I've got some CZ's too and really like them. I put CGW's hammer seer and springs in my stainless 75 B and what a wonderful difference! I have a 97B that may make the trip to CGW some day, but the trigger pretty nice as it came. They're good shooters and fun to work on! Congrats and enjoy!

Thanks all, I will bring my sp01 to cz custom after 1 or 2 more trips out in the desert to see what they think should be done to improve it but also retain its duty setup. Snap shot, I will post up on here when I do receive my 97bd. I real excited to get it.
